WHEELTHROWING MUGS FOR BEGINNERS with Kira Tippenhauer
In this 4-week class, Kira will introduce you to a variety of wheel-throwing techniques to create a range of hand-formed ceramic mugs!
This workshop is suitable for beginners and for those looking to create a set of mugs that are identical to - or different from - one another. Learn the art of wheel-throwing with one-on-one guidance, as Kira will focus on building your skills for 3 hours every week on coning, centering, opening, pulling, shaping, trimming, and attaching handles.
Participants will walk away with their personally designed, fully functional, microwave and dishwasher safe, handmade ceramic set of mugs.
